Love and light! My name is Stacey Spencer-Willoughby and I am a Mama Glow trained doula and a Doula Mentor with Love Delivered, a program that is bringing birth and postpartum support to hundreds of mothers who may not otherwise have access.

I am also a mother of two, who strongly believes in birth centers and breastfeeding, based on my own birth experiences. I believe every birthing person has the right to great support and to have the special experience they desire. I do believe that every birth is unique and that no matter what the plan, it will happen the way it is meant to happen, and on the baby's birthday - no sooner! I assist with creating your birth preferences, and commit to helping you have the best pregnancy and supported birth you can have.

As your doula, I do not make choices for you. I empower you to make informed choices and to feel supported and confident in your decisions and your journey. I support your family through this special time as well, because a new baby needs all loved ones involved. Whether you have a partner or spouse, or not, we will come up with a plan for your postpartum care and center your needs, as well as your baby's needs. 

From nutritional advice, to baby shower planning, to breastfeeding support, I will be there with you. A doula is the best friend and sister you never knew you needed. I will listen to you when you need to talk and provide referrals when you need professional care. You do not have to go through your labor and birth alone. 

My primary focus is providing care for BIPOC of all genders and lifestyles. I commit to helping to end the Black Maternal Health crisis in NYC.

Virtual and in-person appointments are available, depending upon Covid guidelines. Services offered for clients in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and parts of Westchester.
