My name is Natalie Peña I am full spectrum biligual doula , lactation consultant, clinical sexologist and couples therapist. I help families prepare for labor and birth and postpartum care, as well as how to address post party sexual dysfunction and couples intimacy while navigating baby care. I am passionate about working with Black, Latinx and immigrant populations and serve a consultant for reproductive justice initiates throughout the country. I have worked both inside and outside of clinical care for 7 years and my passion to help families see how birth and postpartum care can strengthen our closest loving bonds and relationships. I am based in Manhattan and see clients through the tristate area in person and internationally online. I am the founder of Healing Internationale a holistic healing center practiced encompassing integrative health models, pre and postpartum education, counseling, therapy and doula support services.
