I grew up in Baltimore, MD and ventured to Providence, RI to complete my undergraduate and medical school studies at Brown University. Throughout this time I focused on my growing passion for women’s healthcare, doing summer research at the Mt. Sinai Adolescent Health Center in New York City. I followed my love of women’s healthcare, completing my training in obstetrics and gynecology at Stamford Hospital (A teaching affiliate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons). During my residency I received awards for best oral presentation for research in decreasing cesarean section rates and the resident award for excellence in minimally invasive surgery. Attracted to the diversity and vibrancy of New York City, I set up my practice here. I am is passionate about providing quality healthcare to patients of all backgrounds. I studied in Costa Rica during my undergraduate years and am fluent in English and Spanish.
