I am a seasoned doula and Reiki practitioner, the founder of With Jaz, and a dedicated guide in ancestral healing since 2018. With Jaz was born from my own journey into discovering my capacity to support others through both birth and healing, rooted in the promise of empowerment and genuine care. Fluent in English and Spanish, I ensure that every client feels seen, supported, and uplifted.

Through With Jaz, I offer two core branches of services:

Birth with Jaz: As a full-spectrum doula, I provide emotional and physical support through labor, birth, and the postpartum journey. My postpartum services include Bengkung belly binding, placenta encapsulation, lactation support, meal planning, and newborn care, with both daytime and overnight availability. I take a unique, compassionate approach to unpacking fears and building confidence in birth, while also recognizing that labor can extend beyond pregnancy.

Heal with Jaz: My work also focuses on emotional and spiritual wellness, offering Reiki, tarot, intuitive guidance, and other spiritual tools like aromatherapy and crystals to help clients clear emotional blockages and find alignment. I craft sage sprays and essential oil blends with intention, designed to help reset energy and promote healing.
