Hey, I'm Chris. I’m a native New Yorker raised in Brooklyn. I’m a Black man. I’m surviving trauma. I’m a social worker, therapist, and mental health consultant. I love Black and Brown people, and I believe in us. I’ve worked to develop our community all my life, and offering mental health services is a continuation of that. I work with individuals to help them heal so that collectively, we all can heal. I work with organizations to create mental health-friendly workplaces and increase mental health literacy and access to care.
