Hello and Hola, I'm Bianca! A Registered Dietitian and Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition and hold a Masters's Degree in Public Health. I was born in the Bronx but raised in Yonkers. I am proudly mixed with Afro-Caribbean and Latina roots. My interest and experience in nutrition range from counseling folks to eat well to advocacy for change in food policy. I found myself nestled into the maternal and children health and wellness space because of the very real impact of health inequities in black + brown communities, especially around food access and breastfeeding initiation and exclusivity rates.

I am a firm believer in preventative care and where better to start than at the inception of life carried by the super being that is Women! I love counseling prenatal and lactating women and their children, That is why I started my practice; Nestle & Cradle LLC, which provides private individually tailored nutrition and lactation services to improve health outcomes for black + brown communities.

The health of the family begins with the mom having a well-nourished pregnancy, with the support to feed the baby, from colostrum to fully cooked nutritious meals. Let me help you start to build the foundational blocks!
