About the Provider
I’m a Latina licensed psychologist specializing in perinatal mental health, infant and early childhood mental health, and Latinx family therapy. I’ve supported families involved in the child welfare system through dyadic and individual therapy, and provided mental health care in pediatric settings, walking alongside parents from the newborn period through age three. My work centers on helping caregivers heal, connect, and parent with intention—breaking intergenerational cycles and fostering secure relationships.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and culturally grounded. I meet clients with compassion and curiosity, holding space for both reflection and growth. Together, we build insight, develop coping skills, and create new patterns—rooted in trust and emotional safety.
If you're exploring therapy, whether for the first time or returning to it, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation on my website to see if we’re a good fit.
I currently offer individual telehealth sessions on weekday mornings (9–11 am) and weekday afternoons (1–4 pm).
