About the Provider
Arielle is an integrative nutritionist specializing in fertility, prenatal and postpartum nutrition.
In her personalized, patient-centered coaching model, you can expect nutrition protocols that are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and ability. Therapies often combine the disciplines of nutrition, movement, acupuncture, meditation, herbal remedies, and more.
Integrative nutrition therapy optimizes care by putting the patient at the center of decision-making. It emphasizes a systems-based approach that seeks to find the root cause of imbalance and dis-ease. Therefore, slow, mindful dietary changes are implemented to ensure safety and sustainability. This type of habit building enforces long-term behavioral changes that positively impacts health status for generations, particularly in the fertility space, as we discussed.
An integrative approach means we will focus on many aspects of the mind–body–spirit paradigm with the goal of maintaining healthy hormones, mood, energy, and rest. This concept is very much aligned with my training as a certified holistic health coach, too.
Some of the areas Arielle can support include:
- fertility planning (e.g., IVF, IUI, egg freezing)
- gastrointestinal issues & digestive dysfunction
- allergies & food intolerances
- heartburn & acid reflux
- brain fog & fatigue
- chronic headaches
- energy
- insomnia & sleep troubles
- hair & skin changes
- managing chronic illness (e.g., gestational diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, anemia)
- mental health (e.g., postpartum depression & anxiety)
- women’s health support (e.g., PCOS, endometriosis, menstrual health)
Sessions meet virtually and last about 45-minutes. These include personalized meal plans with downloadable & categorized shopping lists.
No dieting, measuring, or food scales!
Pregnancy can be challenging, but being nourished doesn’t have to be. Consultations are always complimentary.
