I am committed to helping you recognize and claim your power through your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. As your birth documentarian, I will capture your raw, vulnerable, deliciously honest truth, crafting the imagery in a way that will hold your story, remind you and baby how coveted and loved they were, and the power of your own body. I give the kind of radical support that can guide you towards a self-explorative high, leading you to achieve the birth you deserve & desire.
As a doula, and a womxn, I am full of love- incredible, sensational, riveting, whole-hearted, non-judgmental, nurturing, supportive love. I will give you all the levels of comfort, 'spoiling', and support; tools for strength, self advocacy and self healing, in the unique ways that you need. I will get to know you, as much as you will let me, and that will help me, help you, have the best chance at the empowered birth you desire and deserve. I'm here to encourage the healthiest start to your very own version of parenthood.

An in-depth questionnaire that helps us both get to know you better, in order for me to serve you to the best of my ability.
The option of working through your experience on a deeper spiritual level through healing exercises and interactive techniques.
Continuous emotional and physical support from early labor to up to two hours post delivery.
Provide an environment to your liking during labor. This can include soothing music, lighting, candles, flowers and aromas (depending on birthing space regulations).
Use of therapeutic grade (Young Living) essential oils during your prenatal, labor, delivery & post partum window.
Physical support in form of stretching techniques, positioning assistance, counter pressure and soothing massage.
Emotional and verbal support for family in birthing space.
Assist family with skin-to-skin & first latch.
1 postpartum home visit with healthy snacks and/or herbal bath included.
